 | Aleks to HogwartsIn November 2012, my girlfriend was involved in a severe car accident while crossing the street in Chicago. Unable to simply sit and wait in the hospital, I put this website together, emulating the popular Kickstarter theme. I was ultimately able to raise over $5,000 for Aleks to replace the items she lost in the accident and to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter once she recovers. A great deal of time was spent not just on the website, but on the deliverables for this project. All of which was kept a secret from Aleks while she was in the hospital. Exploring the Aleks to Hogwarts website in its entirety will give you a largely complete portrayal of me as a person: Fiercely loyal and incredibly attentive to detail. |
